The enforcement wing of Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) on Monday demolished a five-storey building run by a coaching centre operator Suresh Dhaka, whose name had appeared in the recent grade-2 teacher recruitment examination paper leak case.
The coaching institute was operated by the main accused in the teacher recruitment exam paper leak case.
The building had illegal commercial construction of serious nature such as zero setbacks and encroachment on road, an official release from the police department said.

The coaching institute was served the notice twice and after not getting any satisfactory reply from the owner, the building was demolished on Monday morning.
“Notice was served to building owner Anil Agarwal and coaching centre operator Suresh Dhaka, Bhupendra Saran, Dharmendra Chaudhary, and Chhaju Lal Jat as the institute was built on two residential plots, the road was also encroached. After not finding any satisfactory reply, the building was demolished today,” said JDA’s enforcement wing chief, Raghuveer Saini.
Udaipur police in December, 2022 had arrested over 55 persons that included applicants of second grade teacher recruitment exam.
Earlier in February 2022, the JDA had demolished an illegally constructed portion of a college, whose owner, Ram Kripal Meena was a key accused in the REET paper leak case.
