Chris Redd is leaving тАЬSaturday Night LiveтАЭ.

The comedian is the latest cast member to exit the┬аlate night live TV sketch comedy after five seasons of performing as a featured player, since joining the showтАЩs 43rd season in 2017.┬а

Now, with friends who have become family and memories I will cherish forever, IтАЩm grateful to Lorne Michaels [show creator] and to the entire тАШSNLтАЩ organization. The actor is currently developing a feature film for Universal titled тАЬCyber MondayтАЭ and is set to star in a comedy special for HBO Max.┬а

ReddтАЩs announcement follows previous headlines revealing┬аthat fellow castmates at the time- Kate McKinnon, Aidy Bryant and Kyle Mooney- would be┬аleaving the NBC show when season 47 wraps up.┬аPete Davidson also┬аannounced his departure in May.┬а

Later, news broke that Alex Moffat, Melissa Villase├▒or and Aristotle Athari will not be returning for season 48 as well.┬а
