‘Carrot of free domestic travel’ key to driving vaccination program: AMA President

AMA President Dr Omar Khorshid says the “carrot of free domestic travel” will be a “significant factor” to increase uptake of the vaccine for those who are sitting on the fence.

“I think the carrot of free domestic travel without the chance of the border being slapped down while you’re out of your home state … would be a significant factor to help drive our vaccination program,” he said.
