Disabled dog adorably runs towards their owner
A disabled dog has melted hearts with the determined effort she makes to greet her owner, despite barely being able to walk.
Great Pyrenees Sarah has neurological damage from having parasitic diseases when she was younger called toxoplasmosis and neosporosis, meaning that the adorable dog struggles to get around.
But that doesn’t stop Sarah from putting all of her effort into bounding over to excitedly greet her owner.
Though she’s unsteady on her feet, after a couple of stumbles the loving dog manages to make it all the way across the garden.
The moving video was posted by @superstarsarah2019 on Instagram. Sarah’s owner describes the pup as “wobbly but happy” and says that despite having a hard time walking, “she still runs to come see me every day”.

Her owner says that the reason for Sarah’s excitement is the dusting of snow that can be seen in the garden.
“She was so excited about the little bit of snow we got overnight,” they explained. “It melts my heart how she always runs up to share her excitement with me.”
Sarah was completely paralysed when she was first rescued, and her owner says that letting the brave dog get exercise each day is part of her ongoing recovery.
Her owner also posted the video on her TikTok page, where viewers fell in love with Sarah’s joy and determination.
“There is no love like a dog’s love,” one person commented.
“All she knows is that she’s so happy to see you,” another said.
Sarah isn’t the only dog who’s been showing the world they’ve still got it lately.
Viewers fell in love with Labrador Charlie when the elderly dog broke into an excited dance to show his owner that he’s still a puppy at heart.
The adorable clip from TikTok user @molscot proves that despite his age, black Lab Charlie still has the iconic bum wiggle associated with the playful breed. “I wish they lived forever,” one person commented.
