Vivo, the Chinese phone maker, is all set to launch the Vivo S12 Series on December 22, 2021, in the home country. The Vivo S12 Series will comprise Vivo S12 and S12 Pro models. Ahead of its launch, the company has teased the Vivo S12 Series that showcases its design and colours. As per the teaser, the S12 Series will be offered in gold, blue and black shades. Both variants will come with a wide notch. The vanilla model will sport a flat-edged display, whereas the Pro variant will come with a curved edge screen. In addition to this, a tipster has leaked several key specifications of the S12 Pro model. The handset is said to feature a 6.5-inch OLED screen curved edge FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. It is likely to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
For photography, the device is expected to come with a 108MP primary lens, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP B&W lens. At the front, there could be a 50MP front snapper with a Samsung JN1 sensor, along with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter. The device might run on Android 12 based OriginOS Ocean UI. Coming to the pricing, Vivo S12 Pro is likely to be priced at CNY 3,499 (approximately Rs 41,814) for the 12GB + 256GB model.
