Toadie house from the hit television show Neighbours at 1 Pin Oak Court, Vermont South, hit the market in April with a price guide of $1.3m-$1.43m.
The on-screen home of Toadie from Neighbours has set a new price record after it sold under the hammer on Saturday.
The four-bedroom renovated brick home at 1 Pin Oak Court, Vermont South, тАФ more commonly known as Ramsay Street to fans of the hit Australian television show тАФ sold to family buyers for $1.6m тАФ $170,000 beyond the top of the advertised range.
The previous street record was held by 5 Pin Oak Court, the home of Dr Karl and Susan Kennedy, which sold for $1.405m in 2019.

The home was on the market for the first time in 30 years.
Modern updates had been made to the kitchen.
Barry Plant agent Carolyn Barton told the Sunday Herald Sun prior to the auction the famous home had attracted a lot of local interest.
It also racked up views from buyers and fans of the show living overseas
Slow early bidding on the day prompted a vendor bid of $1.3m before competition from three bidders pushed the price up to $1.46m and the home was declared on the market at $1.505m.
Ms Barton said not everyone who inspected the home was aware of its star-studded roots.
But she said their ears pricked up when they discovered the revenue potential paid by producers whenever filming took place in the street.
Ms Rushton is an avid fan of the hit Australian television soap.
The home eclipsed the previous price record for the street, which was set by the sale of Dr Karl and Susan KennedyтАЩs home when it sold in 2019.
тАЬThereтАЩs been a real cross section of people looking at it, and it is because itтАЩs a really lovely home,тАЭ Ms Barton said.

Vendor Lorraine Rushton, a big fan of the long-running soap, listed the home after owning it for 30 years.
Before the auction she said her decision to give up the property to move to the Mornington Peninsula was a тАЬreally emotionalтАЭ one.
Former AFL footballer Dayne Beams also offloaded his Kew family home on the weekend.
A family snapped up the modern Victorian-style residence for $1.75m.
Ms Rushton, who was born in the UK, said she started watching the show to get an idea of тАЬwhat Australia was likeтАЭ before making the move
Meanwhile, the Kew home of Collingwood premiership player Dayne Beams sold for $1.75m
The renovated pad was listed with a price guide of $1.51m-$1.66m.
Beams retired from the game after taking time out in 2019 to look after his mental health.
Beams played 110 games for the Pies before moving to Brisbane where he played 58 games.
He returned to Collingwood in 2018 and announced he would take an indefinite break from football to care for his mental health in 2019.
