Doctors concerned for Queen’s health; Queen under medical supervision; Queen’s children, grandchildren heading to Balmoral; Harry, Meghan travelling to Scotland
Camilla Tominey, former royal correspondent now Associate Editor of Telegraph UK, told the BBC “the signs are looking ominous”.
“To have family rushing to Balmoral and some travelling quite great distances in a short time,” Tominey pointed out.
“And to have the unprecedented nature of the statement from Buckingham Palace talking about the concern of doctors for Her Majesty’s health. And indeed to have the scenes that played out in the House of Commons earlier were clearly Nadine Zahawi, the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster was instructed to interrupt that statement somewhat to inform Prime Minister Liz Truss and others of the state of play.
“I don’t think the palace would have taken that kind of measure if they didn’t think that it was something that needed to be urgently flagged.”
